Identification and quantification of CYP26A1 in human liver microsomes. Panel (A) shows in-house Antibody #4 reacting with pure CYP26A1 protein, but not any of the other purified P450s tested. Panel (B) is a representative western blot showing the detection of CYP26A1 in HLMs using Antibody #4. The first three lanes contain hexahistidine-tagged CYP26A1 standard (predicted MW: 58 kDa) and the following 13 lanes contain 80 μg of different HLMs containing varied amounts of CYP26A1 (predicted MW: 56 kDa).
