TUNEL staining of tumor tissue sections obtained from (a) control-, (b) celecoxib-, (c) docetaxel- and (d) celecoxib with docetaxel combination-treated mice. The tumors were harvested 28 days post-tumor implantation. Celecoxib treatment showed 30% increase in apoptosis over the control whereas docetaxel treatment showed 40% increase.
