(B) CFSE-labeled CD4+ T cells from TS1 mice were transferred into BALB/c, HA104, or HACII mice, and after 48 h, LN cells were isolated and analyzed by flow cytometry. Left panels show staining with 6.5 versus CFSE on CD4+ T cells, right panels show expression of MHC class II or CD86 on B220+ cells.
