Bacterial growth inhibition assays. E.coli was treated with the indicated concentration of G4-PAMAM-NH2 (A) and (B), G4-PAMAM-OH (C) and (D), G3.5-PAMAM-COOH (E) and (F) dendrimers for 18 h. The initial concentration used for bacterial seeding was 5×105 CFU/mL. Three samples were in each group.
