RMA-S tumor growth in Camp−/− mice. A, Wt (n = 8) and Camp−/− (n = 4) mice were injected s.c. into the hind flank with ~1 × 106 RMA-S cells. Data from one representative experiments out of two are shown with a total n = 14 wt mice and n = 10 Camp−/− mice. B, Wt (n = 4) and Camp−/− (n = 5) mice were injected with poly(I:C) (100 μg/mouse) 24 h before RMA-S tumor challenge to preactivate NK cells. Poly(I:C) treatment delayed onset of tumor growth, but the difference in tumor development between mouse groups remained.
