Viral titers were determined daily over 14 days post-inoculation from nasal washes of ferrets infected with WT (A/Québec/147023/2009) or oseltamivir-resistant H274Y mutant (A/Québec/147365/2009) pH1N1 isolates. Mean viral titers ± SD from triplicate experiments were determined by using standard plaque assays.
