Precision-Recall curve for the network inferred using BP (both cell-cycle and perturbed cell-cycle data sets) and Pearson correlation coefficient (only cell-cycle data set). In the case of BP-based inference we infer correctly 11 links (cell-cycle) and 16 links (perturbed cell-cycle) respectively before making the first error. In the case of the correlation based inference we make the first error after only 2 correct links.
