Table 2.

An overview of mappings between REMc clusters and clusters obtained by other methods. Based on the total number of overlapping genes and the relative size of each cluster, REMc clusters were matched to Hc (Euclidian distance and complete linkage) and KMc (Euclidian distance or Pc) clusters. A match was defined as at least 0.10 overlap in both directions and 0.25 overlap in one direction. The best matches are in bold.
