Elongation of H60a reduces lysis by both CD45−/− and wild-type NK cells. Untransfected RMA cells (UN), RMA+H60a and RMA+H60a-CD4 cells were used as targets for IL-2-expanded CD45−/− or WT NK cells in chromium release cytotoxicity assays.
