Circulating fibrocytes are activated during early stages of CIA. Murine PB was stained with anti-CD45 PeCy7, -CD34-Alexa 647, -CD14 PeCy5.5 or -CD11b PeCy5, -ColI Alexa 405 and/or anti-CD3 Alexa700 and anti-vimentin APC-Cy7 and visualized on a BD LSRII flow cytometer.
