Levels of circulating testosterone and progesterone in female B6 and xh-CL mice

Blood samples were collected, via cardiac puncture, from 2-month-old female mice, for preparation of serum samples. Testosterone and progesterone were determined by LC/MS, as described in Materials and Methods. The values are presented as mean ± S.D. (n = 9).
