NNK-induced O6-mG DNA adduct formation in the B6 and xh-CL mice
Mice (2-month-old, females) were given an i.p. injection of NNK at 100 mg/kg, and tissues were obtained at 24 h after dosing. O6-mG levels were determined as described in Materials and Methods. The values shown represent means ± S.D. (n = 4).
