In all cases, the CoV of the parameter estimates were <5%, suggesting that these parameters were estimated with a high degree of confidence. Estimates are reported as mean ± SEM. CoV were less in the NLRD model, suggesting that these parameters were estimated with an even higher degree of confidence than those estimated using the RD model.
