Aggregation of human platelets induced by ADP (A) is inhibited by P2Y1 receptor antagonists: (B) the potent, small molecule antagonist MRS2500 2 and (C,D) dendrimer derivative 53 (MRS2966). The concentration of the dendrimer-ligand complex 53 was measured as the concentration of the dendrimer, not the nucleotide moiety. The results are representative of two separate determinations.
