Western Blot analysis of endogenous PARP-1 binding to different platinum-DNA damages. (A) Binding of unactivated PARP-1 to cDDP-G*G* (lanes 1-3), PtDACH-G*TG* (lanes 4-6) and cDPCP-G* (lanes 7-9). Amount of CFE used: Lanes 1, 4, and 7, 5 μL; Lanes 2, 5, and 8, 2 μL; Lanes 3, 6, and 9, 1 μL. (B) Binding of activated PARP-1 to cDDP-G*G* (lane 1), PtDACH-G*TG* (lane 2), cDPCP-G* (lane 3) and NoPt (lane 4). A 5 μL quantity of CFE was used. The samples were resolved on 8% SDS-PAGE and detected by a PARP-1 antibody.
