Cultured skin fibroblasts from controls and CoQ₁₀ deficiency patients were treated with 5 µM CoQ₁₀, idebenone, CoQ₂ or vitamin C. After 24 hours, fibroblasts were collected and cellular CoQ₁₀ were determined by EQ-HPLC. Results are expressed as a mean ± SD of three experiments.
