Murine and human macrophages were infected with Mtb H37Rv and mRNA levels of ADFP, ACSL1 and PSAP (SapC) were determined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Three technical replicates were included for all conditions and genes. The fold change was calculated using the formula,
