Hazard ratios (HR), 95% confidence intervals (CI), and p-values were computed using Cox regression. Model 1 was adjusted for age. Model 2 was adjusted for age, gender, education, apolipoprotein E4 (APOE4) status, and medical history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and transient ischemic attack. The number of subjects (N) shown is the total number included in that analysis.

In all subjects, age was significant in both models, and history of CHF was significant in Model 2.
