Multiple regression was used in order to test for differences in the mean levels of age, height, packyears and lung function measures (VC, FEV1 and DLco) between the zygosity groups. Adjustment for sex was made for height and lung function measures. 1Packyears at examination. 2 n pairs MZ male = 28, DZ male = 15, MZ female = 66, DZ female = 25, OS = 39.
