Immunoblot analysis. (A) Total proteins of Arabidopsis (At), tobacco (To), and ‘Golden Pothos’ regenerated pale yellow plants (PY1 and PY2), and green plants (G1 and G2) were subjected to 4–12% SDS-PAGE, then transferred to a PVDF membrane. Primary antibodies, anti-CRD1, anti-RbcL and anti-PC, were indicated on the left. The molecular weights of each detected protein were also indicated on the right.
