HCT cells were treated with 10 μM BEL (+BEL) or vehicle (control) for 24 hours and samples were prepared following the manufacturer's instructions. Of each sample 2.5×107 cells were subjected to phospholipids-profile analysis by TrueMass. Given is the relative amount of each class of phospholipids as the percentage of the total amount of phospholipids.
