Identical conformations of DSII ligands were evaluated using AD4 and Vina. Correlations between these scores was organized by the number of rotatable bonds in the ligands, indicating increasingly dissimilar scores as the number of rotatable bonds grew. The area of each circle is proportional to the number of ligands that contained the specified amount of rotatable bonds.
