(A) Nuclear extracts were prepared from uninfected (UI) and A. phagocytophilum–infected (I) cells and subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunoblot (IB) with the indicated antibodies. Immunoblots for RNAPII and TBP served as loading control. Three independent experiments yielded similar results.
