IL-10 production is dependent on the RSK1 and PRK2 interaction domains of YopM. One thousand CFU of Y. pseudotuberculosis 32777, 32777ΔyopM, 32777ΔyopM + pyopMYP, pyopMΔ6-15, pyopMΔ12-C, or pyopMYPTB were delivered intravenously to C57BL/6J mice.
