Viral load reduction over time (log10 copy number reduction·day) was calculated as the area of the viral load reduction-day that the curve was below the baseline curve. A Ctrough of ∼0.02 μg/ml (20 ng/ml) is needed to achieve a >1-log-unit reduction in viral load.
