Gag interactions with A3H hapII-RDD and A3G. A3H hapII-RDD (100 ng) and A3G (100 ng) were cotransfected with GST-fused Gag constructs (500 ng). After 2 days, cells lysates were subjected to pulldown with anti-GST-Sepharose beads. In addition, the lysates containing A3H or A3G with Gag or NC were incubated with RNase A. A3H-Gag interactions were analyzed by Western blotting using anti-FLAG- and -GST-specific antibodies. Data from one representative experiment of three independent experiments are shown.
