T1 values of the enhanced regions in the tumor were significantly dropped at 30 min post-injection of NS-GdDTPA/ SPIO/5-FU, and T1 values were restored to pre-injection values at 2.5 hr after injection. SS: Statistically significant (P<0.05); NS: Not significant.
