Average (± SEM) expression of CXCL5 mRNA at baseline in transgenic mice that express EGF in intestinal epithelial cells and their wildtype counterparts (FVBN/J). mRNA was isolated from lamina propria using laser capture microdissection microscopy and quantified using real-time PCR.
