Rh30 and DU145, grown in 96-well plates with RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, were exposed to indicated compounds (0–40 µM) for 48 h. Cell proliferation was evaluated using One solution cell proliferation assay (A) or [3H]Thymidine incorporation assay (B), as described in Materials and Methods. Results in (A) and (B) are presented as mean ± SE (n = 3). *P < 0.05, difference vs. control.
