Transduction of CD4+CD25− and CD8+ T cells with DMF5 TCR expressing retrovirus and further enrichment of the TCR expressing T cells. CD4+CD25− (A) and CD8+ (B) T cells were transduced with the DMF5 retroviral vector, then stimulated by the MART-127–35 peptide pulsed autologous DC, and analyzed for MART-127–35 epitope specific population by tetramer staining flowcytometry.
