Radiation-mediated changes in mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm). The changes in mitochondrial membrane potential were acquired by flow cytometry at different time intervals after irradiation (0.5 Gy) of Daudi and Raji cells using cyanine dye DiOC6(3). Membrane potential-dependent uptake of DiOC6(3) was measured at an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and emission wavelength of 530 nm. The results are expressed as mean fluorescence±SD of three experiment and significance was analyzed using t test (*p<0.05, **p< 0.01, ***p<0.001).
