Patient demographic characteristics and predicted co-receptor tropism in the South Indian cohort. CD4 count represents the value at the time of study. Co-receptor tropism was detected using C-PSSM, Geno2pheno and (ds)Kernel method. In C-PSSM a score of above -21.64 was considered predictive of X4-tropism. Disease stage according to WHO classification has been mentioned.
