Correlation plots between the perfusion values obtained using the traditional method and the proposed GLM method. The relationship between the two methods is clearly linear but the GLM method yields higher perfusion values than the traditional method, since the estimated coefficient in the GLM method corresponds to the peak perfusion, rather than the plateau.
