gKa interacts with truncated gB proteins. Coimmunoprecipitation experiments were performed as explained in the legend of Fig. 3. gKa and gB were detected in Western immunoblots using anti-FLAG (A) or anti-V5 (B) antibody. Lane 1, lysates containing gK alone; lane 2, lysates containing gKa plus gB154; lane 3, lysates containing gKa plus gB364; lane 4, lysates containing gKa plus gB500; lane 5, lysates containing gKa plus gB748.
