Immortalized MEFs (5×105/well) were stimulated with IFN A/D (1000 U/ml) for two hours prior to infection with EMCV or SeV. IFN-α/β accumulation in the culture supernatants was measured by ELISA after overnight culture. Data are the mean ± SD of triplicate wells.
