Choline deficiency alters the methylation status of CpG islands within Vegfc and Angpt2. E14 NPC were grown in low, control of CS medium as described in Fig. legend 1 (n = 4/group). Enzymatically sheared DNA samples were enriched in methylated cystosine following the MIRA protocol and analyzed by real time PCR as described in Materials and Methods section.
