*10⁶, 10³, 10² and 10¹ G-2 cells were resuspended in 20 µl BD Matrigel Matrix and transplanted into the left abdominal mammary gland of virgin WAP-T-NP8 recipient mice. The animals were palpated twice a week for tumor outgrowth.
