Figure 4

Flow cytometry plot of fluorescence versus forward scatter for (OH)24(AF)2G2-G3(COOH)11.9(RGD)4.1 (10) at 4 μM. The co-dendron conjugate (C) shows a significant broading in cell population compared to the untreated control (A). When pre-incubated with a 200-fold molar excess of free RGD (D), 10 is partially blocked, but out-competes the excess monomeric RGD. The non-targeted control (B), azide-G2(AF)2(OH)24 (9), shows no significant change in cell population when compared to the control.
