Table 4.

Results for the average change in AUC due to the use of unlabeled data are shown using (a) cross-validation data and (b) independent test set data. Included are the 95% confidence intervals and statistically significant differences from ΔAUC=0 using a paired, nonparametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test, with consideration for multiple-hypothesis testing by employing the Holm–Sidak correction.
