1.	Initialize: $\beta =1.1;w_{i\mathit{1}}^{+}=0,w_{i\mathit{1}}^{-}=0;{\tilde{z}}^{\mathit{2}}=\text{small positive number}(\text{say},0.1)$ i =0; s =1, nsc = # of soft criteria
2.	Set i = i + 1
3.	Evaluate, in sequence, ${\tilde{z}}^s,{\tilde{t}}_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{+},{\tilde{t}}_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{-},w_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{+},w_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{-},{\tilde{w}}_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{+},{\tilde{w}}_{\mathit{\text{is}}}^{-},{\tilde{w}}_{\mathit{\text{min}}}$
4.	Set s = s + 1
5.	If w̃min is less than some chosen small positive number (say, 0.01), then increase β, and go to step 2.
6.	If s ≠ 5, go to step 3.
7.	If i ≠ nsc, go to step 2.
