(C and D) Kcnj10 (green) was localized in the basolateral membrane of early and late distal convoluted tubules, connecting tubules, and early cortical collecting ducts. (E and F) Distribution of Kcnj16 (green) was similar to that of Kcnj10. (G and H) Localization of KCNJ10 in consecutive sections of human kidney.
