Error bars indicate the standard error of the mean based on 3 repeated experiments. BPK085/0cl3 and BPK275/0cl12 cause a significantly higher in vitro infection burden at 24 hours post infection compared to BPK282/0cl4. However, no differences between strains were found at 96 hours post infection. All data is available as supplementary material (Table S3).
