Immunodot blot assay of pectin-enriched (oxalate extract) and hemicellulose-enriched (KOH extract) fractions isolated from Arabidopsis pollen tube cell wall. Oxalate and KOH extracts (8, 4, 1, and 0.5 μg) were probed with JIM5 for partially methylesterified HG, LM5 for (1→4)-β-d-galactan, LM6 for (1→5)-α-l-arabinan, and LM15 for nongalactosylated XyG (XXXG).
