The expression pattern of Gm12g28730, a target of miR482, in wild-type and nodulation mutant roots. Total RNA was extracted from soybean roots at various time points after inoculated with B. japonicum (0 hpi, 6 hpi, 12 hpi, 2 dpi, and 6 dpi). After cDNA synthesis, the transcript levels were measured with RT-PCR. The expression levels are presented as fold actin levels. Three biological repeats were averaged. Error bars indicate sd.
