Table I. Peak time and period estimates of circadian-controlled AtCCR2pro:LUC expression in LL and DD for wild-type, lhy-10, and toc1-5 lines.

Peak time and rhythm analysis on LL and DD traces were performed by BRASS, with peak time estimates from the peak during the first 24 h after the transition to LL and DD, and weighted period estimates ± se (h) for plants under constant conditions during 24 to 144 h. Values are shown for two AtCCR2pro:LUC lines independently transformed into each genotype. Section sign (§) indicates mean traces of bioluminescence under LL and DD are shown in Figure 3, A and B. N, Number of individual traces; nd, not detected.
