Characterization of anti-N Mabs in immonuhistochemical analysis. RABV-infected brain tissues were fixed in formalin and embedded in paraffin. Coronal sections were prepared and reacted with each of the Mabs, followed by biotinylated secondary antibody (goat anti-mouse) and avidin-peroxidase.
