Release of cytochrome c and apoptosis inducing factor (AIF) is associated with apoptosis induced by dasatinib and JSI-124 treatment. (a) U87 cells were seeded at 60% confl uence and allowed to attach overnight. Cells were incubated with dasatinib (100 nM) or JSI-124 (200 nM) or the combination of both for 1 h. Cells were then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with antibodies specific for cytochrome c and AIF as described under Materials and Methods, and counterstained with Hoechst 33342 to visualize nuclei.
