Figure 5a-b — Cotreatment with dasatinib and JSI-124 synergistically inhibits growth and induces apoptosis of glioma cells. (a) The relationship between JSI-124 and dasatinib concentration and cell numbers was assessed by MTS assay. P < 0.005 combination of dasatinib and JSI-124 versus single agent alone. (b) Glioma cells were exposed to varying concentrations of dasatinib and JSI-124 at a fixed molar ratio (1: 2) for 3 days. MTS assay was performed and the data were then used to calculate the combination index (CI) using commercially available software (Calcusyn; Biosoft).
