(A) In normal human colon, glandular epithelial cells (arrow) and cells of the connective tissue, adipose tissue, arteries, and lymphatics lack immunoreactivity. In colonic adenocarcinoma, glandular epithelial cancer cells are ALDH3B1-immunoreactive, including well-differentiated (C, arrow) and moderately differentiated (E, arrow), invasive tumors.
