Experiment time line for gait analysis in 6-OHDA PD model in rats. Lesioned and control rat groups were prepared as described in materials and methods. Experimental groups were tested for motor deficits via automated gait analysis or via limb use asymmetry test (cylinder test) at indicated time points.
